Farm Fresh Friday Challenge : Classic Pattern

Hola,

I am entering in this weekThe Greeting Farm Fresh Friday Challenge which we had to add some kind of classic pattern to our project. I decided to use polka-dots as my classic pattern. I decided to use the soccer Ian digi... for a boys birthday card. I used a mix of copic and Prisma coloring pencil for the coloring and an EK Success birthday candle punch. Plus my go to Spellbinder dies and the sentiment is from The Clipart Fairy. Thank you for the opportunity to enter this challenge and creating these great images.

 Hope you like!

Geisha Shawl

Hola,

I can't believe it has been a month since I posted a blog entry...I hope to post more entries in the next weeks. I wanted to share this Shawl that I made for friend's Mom. I was so very happy with the finish project I wanted to share! The patterns is from a must have book called:
Wrapped in Crochet: Scarves, Wraps & Shawls
by Kristin Omdahl

The pattern is called Geisha, a simple, elegant and quick pattern. I used Caron Simply Soft yarn. I changed the pattern a bit I just made 2 fan borders instead of 3; I felt adding an additional border would weigh the shawl. I hope you like and also this is the raverly link to the pattern http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/geisha.
